    Needed an oil change and some basic maintenance for my company car. Worked with Joel on scheduling the mobile feature which was fantastic. They came to my house to perform the work . James was the tech and he did a good job . Very pleased with the service.

    I would like to redo my review! I was frustrated by a delay today that was a result of a perfect storm of small issues. After voicing my frustration, the service manager immediately addressed the situation and honestly did way more than expected. I will definitely continue to use this service center. Especially if I get the same 2022 loaner Ram Pickup I had today.

    That BEST dealership experience ever! I ordered a 2022 Wrangler in March. It took 5 months for Jeep to build. All through the process Ryan and Doug kept in contact and didnt make me feel like a nudge for updates on the build. It finally arrived and it was worth the wait. If you are looking to order a vehicle or buy one off the lot, you can be sure that you are dealing with a reputable dealer that cares about the customer. Thanks for everything guys, my new Jeep is awesome!

    Recently traded in my leased vehicle for a new wrangler. Ted H and Ryan J were amazing at helping me navigate the process of turning in a leased vehicle (turning in early at that too!) and working a great deal on my new jeep. They were super thorough in making sure I knew what was going on every step of the process, and answering every question I had, especially with the current market facing chip shortages and explaining the process of custom ordering vs buying something on the lot already. So so happy to have worked with Susquehanna this time!

    My used vehicle was bought February 2021. They talked me into buying the extended warranty, claiming and guaranteeing everything was covered. The car wash took off a piece of weather stripping, and since owning the vehicle, I have had two belts that I had to Replace myself. No big deal. Im mechanically inclined as thats part of what info for a living just not on vehicles. Second belt frayed faster than the other, so it was found the pulley on the alternator was rolled in on the lip causing belt failure. So when I took it in to have these items looked at, and the dealership took pictures and video of belt failure, they assured me it would be covered h fee warranty but were booked for two weeks out. Today was that two weeks. I dropped it off at around 8am (with them knowing Im a night shift worker and Id just be going home and going to bed) expecting a repaired vehicle and at least a phone call for an update at a decent time. 3pm came around and when I woke up I called wanted an update. The warranty THEY sold me did not approve the weather stripping, nor did they approve the belt. They wanted to charge me $110 and labor for a $27 advanced auto belt I have already done myself, twice! After I had informed them I am not paying anything out of my pocket as promised because of the warranty, the had asked if it was ok to put the old frayed belt back on So the vehicle sat overnight because I didnt receive the phone call I requested to verify if this was going to be another over night thing because this is all something that I could have done by myself, alternator, belt, adhesive, everything but it was an inconvenience and I wanted it done by them. Shame on me for not doing all this myself, but they never called, it was after hours now, and its another inconvenience for myself AGAIN. Now Im mad. Shame on you SUCKSquehanna dodge, you are very crooked. And based off the experiences and reviews by others, this is why this is being written. If you were waiting for parts and that was the holdup, thanks for the courtesy call. Let alone you knew an alternator was needed TWO weeks ago, you should have at least had that ordered. Hopefully this review gets read and others from the area reconsider and go to Thompson in red lion instead.
