Keren's Rays of Light

I had a session with Keren for Reiki being curious about the benefits of energy work. During the session I felt completely relaxed and calm and felt sensations of warmth and energy at certain locations in my body. I feel that there is a potential to this practice and look forward to the benefits that could manifest with more sessions in the near future. My husband (who is a hard core scientist) is also willing to open his mind to accept the healing benefits of energy work.

I started to work with Keren a few months back to ease anxiety and I am so grateful that I took this step. With each session, I have been able to release negative thoughts and feelings in order to move forward with daily life. Anxiety can be so crippling, and medication just seems to numb all emotions (at least for me). This was the way to go for me and I highly recommend reaching out to Keren if you are struggling. I felt the heat and energy from her hands, which gave a little comfort to my hand, and I was able to make a tight fist that I couldn't do before.
