Bob was extremely helpful when my transmission blew on the highway, I chugged along to Bob's and thank God I did, he pointed me to the right person and did what he could to help me. I can't say enough how great of people he was

As you can see from all thr other 6 star ratings, Bob's is top notch. Not only is Dave and his wife has always been very nice to work with, the work is just as good. Really appreciate working with someone you can trust. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my car in for a rear brake service a few months ago. The mechanic that Bob employs, has no idea what he is doing. He installed the rear brake shoes, but did not know how to adjust them. So I had to correctly adjust them myself when I got home (which didn't do my bad back any favors), as I am a disabled auto mechanic. Furthermore, said mechanic then adjusted my headlights, and pointed them in useless directions as well as stripped/broke the adjustment screws. Basically what I am saying, is that my car stopped better and was usable for night driving before I brought it there. When I called Bob to discuss this matter, he just offered one excuse after another. Also, should you buy a vehicle from Bob, make sure to call the service department at a GM dealership first. As then you can give them the VIN number of said vehicle to see if it has a bonded title. As in if the car has ever had flood damage or has been 'totaled' before. People need to pay attention to details with Bob and employees.
