        A phenomenal location, right on the water with beautiful views of the river, harbor and ocean! The resort is charming and the accommodations were great - perfect for what we wanted - beautiful fall colors, on the water, 2 room suite with kitchenette. Included breakfast was wonderful!

        We loved our stay. This was a really special retreat for a private vacation with my significant other. We felt right at home being welcomed by Phil and staff and hope to come back one day!

        My husband and I just got back from a weekend stay. The room was very clean, and the view from our private deck was amazing! The included breakfast every morning was really nice. And the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating.

        Dockside has a lovely setting looking out at a harbor of sailboats. As is true of many resorts, they are short handed, which affects the quality of the service. They tried hard to make up for their failures, so I give them credit for attitude. I guess the setting justifies the rather high price, but just barely. Rooms: Simple spacious rooms with very tight bathroom. Food & drinks: The restaurant was closed, but the breakfast was adequate.
