        Nice staff. They have a coin counter in this branch. I find it faster to go inside instead of the drive through....

        After the lastest 2 updates to the Members 1st Federal Credit Union website, paying of bills online has become quite onerous, confusing and slow. After contacting Members 1st and requesting their guidance & advice, their IT computer gurus replied that the problem is my computer, and they claimed I am running Windows 7 on an outdated version of the Firefox internet browser. I am actually running Windows 11, using Microsoft Edge as my internet browser, on a laptop with the latest Intel i9 processor with 64 gig of RAM. Obviously the problem is with Members 1st IT department. So next week we will start searching for a new banking institution that hopefully does a better job with online paying of bills, and has an IT department that is more up to date with their methodology and equipment.
