        Wow!! Now that is what customer service is all about. I reached out via email the morning of 5/7/2021 and Christian responded right away. I ended up calling him directly to set up the delivery and he was extremely accommodating(placed the wood exactly where I wanted it in the yard) and really went the extra mile for me. The wood was delivered the same morning and I cannot wait to have a fire and enjoy the weather. Seacoast Firewood will be my go to for wood in the future. The whole experience from ordering, delivery, and payment were super simple and convenient. Thank you!!

        We were in York for Thanksgiving and called to order one stack of wood for the weekend. The wood was outstanding and burned so nicely. The service was top notch, with the wood arriving as advertised. Christian insisted on dropping it in a location that was the easiest for us to access from the house. He followed up several times to confirm the best delivery and pick up times. Venmo made the payment upon delivery so easy. We highly recommend Seacoast Firewood if you are in the market for great wood and great service.

      Hi Alexander, I’m sorry to see that you left a 2 start review. All of our customers know that our product comes with a satisfaction guarantee for quality and quantity. I don’t have you listed as a customer in our logbook, but I do see that you have also left negative reviews with no explanation for some other reputable firewood dealers in the area, specifically RC Conner and NAF. Could you advise what your issue is so we can try and resolve?
