The brunette that works there is not the nicest! Cant do contactless pay over 100 dollars! Are you serious on Valentines Day! Support your local mom and pop. Will not recommend.

I've been buying here for years, always a great experience. Recently, a Vday delivery had a broken vase. Within two days, a new arrangement was delivered with a surprise gift. This is why I support local business, it was wonderful, they went above & beyond!

Usually a solid store but I would not recommend it during busy seasons! In the past my experience at Royers has been good with staff being quite helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, went to buy some flowers today and had quite a negative experience. I found some staff members attitude quite rude. For example when asking for information to identify a particular flower in order to determine if it was poisonous to cats a staff member interrupted me and said all flowers are bad for cats. Furthermore, after I had paid she wrapped my flowers in a non-aesthetically pleasing manner in order to get done as soon as possible. As a result, I have had to re-wrap them at home. I can understand the pressure to serve a large number of customers given the proximity to valentines day however this should not come at the expense of a reasonable customer experience. In any case, lesson learned Royers is great for day to day needs, not so great for busy periods.
