The manager was very rude! When leaving the store and not purchasing anything because the used furniture was overpriced and not the best quality...The manager seems to make up prices as he goes..The manager made a rude comment to us about not purchasing.. He said .. " You need to buy it somewhere".. his helper was very nice..

The Dealer was really nice at first. But when we found out the Lazy Boy chair we bought was broken. we couldn't get ahold of anyone. They wouldn't return our calls. Then when we went in they were very rude and unprofessional. They send people 2 different times to assess the chair. But after that we fought again to have them do something. After everything they made us bring the chair to them and gave us temporary chair. and salesman was very rude and was saying snarky remarks the whole time we did exchange. 5 weeks went by and we heard nothing. Then we again went to the store and they said oh your chairs ready well drop it off. when they did exchange and took chair and gave original chair they were alright until they walked out the door. One was demanding a Tip the other called us a******. so our experience was poor at best.
