Hi Bryan,We are sorry that this situation happened to you in our portal system; we understand this can be frustrating. Looks like it was a misunderstanding, so it is essential to clarify that your booking was made a week ago on the day and time you requested; after this, the system automatically sent the confirmation email and the link to add the payment information; to comply with the customer's information safety, these links are active only for 24 hours, which means we need to send a new one if get expired, that is why we see this situation as a miscommunication, and we apologized for it. So far, the customer portal is working the best way possible; our current customers have a good experience with it, and we are constantly updating it to prevent errors, but if they happen, we will always fix them ASAP.Again, Bryan, we apologize for this misunderstanding, which is helping us learn how to proceed in all scenarios regarding our customer portal/system.
