        Jimmy was fantastic to work with. I had to refinance from a construction loan to a 30 yr fixed and I went with Jimmy for a few reasons. He was very attentive and personable throughout the entire process. There are often lots of back and forth with mortgages, Jimmy handled the interactions professionally and always knew what was needed next and was quick to help. Jimmy was also able to secure a rate that was a half point lower than the bank I had the construction loan with. He was able to lock it in quick and save me a bunch of money through the life of the loan. Thanks Jimmy!!
