        For over a year I have been told that I owe for a missed mortgage payment. When I ask what month it is for, Cross Country tells me I need to tell them which month I missed. I have never missed sending in my payments.

        forgot to put the loan number on my first certified check. (Did not know it was okay to write on the check after the bank signed it.) since august 2021 I have been getting 2-3 pieces of mail a day telling me I owe them over 2000 dollars. I have called close to 12 times, and they give me a different story every time. They better give me my money back because I had to go back through 3 different bank accounts 3 years to quadruple check that I paid every month. when i ask what month i owe for they don't know?
