We hadn't purchased a home in over 35 years, and the mortgage process seemed daunting--especially as technology has progressed so rapidly. Fortunately, Karena Kaiser-Foss made the process manageable with frequent e-mails, phone calls, reminders and much encouragement. Plus her little videos and her agreeable personality helped ease the stress. She explained, reassured and motivated us at each stage. She also attended our closing to answer any potential questions and to offer advice. Many thanks to Karena for her invaluable help.

My experience working with Karena and Stephanie at CMG was super easy as well as quick! Both of them were very helpful and professional throughout the process. They were on top of it to make sure our loan was on track. I couldnt have asked for a better team to work with in getting a loan and purchasing my first home. I would recommend Karena as well as Stephanie to anyone that is in need of a loan or refinancing.
