5 stars for APR! I needed a part for my furnace and after going to 3 different stores, nobody knew what the piece was. Walked into APR in West York, and John not only knew right away what it was, but he also took the time to show me how to replace it. Thank you again!

APR Supply Co. Went above and beyond to help us out, after returning home late on a Friday night we realized our heat and air was not working in our house. Getting up Saturday morning and diagnosing the problem finding the part was the next problemI called apr 5 minutes before they closed and not only did they have the part they stayed there until I got there to purchase part needed! The gentleman working that day was very considerate to me having a family and the situation I was in! I will be a forever customer of APR, I highly recommend them and we are very grateful and thrilled for them!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I recently went into 120 Adams street, York Pa located and after waiting for about 10 minutes for the salesman to finish a conversation with another gentleman about their family summer plans, I was asked if I needed any help. There was no one else in the store...no line...no "who is next?" needed, so it could be assumed that I was there in need of help!! The salesman did anything but that (help) I simply wanted to know how to connect my 4inch sewer line to a 3 inch PVC...and he replied "well I'm not a plumber"....I said "okay", but I understand just looking for the rubber connector to allow the flow, he again repeated "well I'm not a plumber" ...with a laugh. So, I realized that he would not be of any help, so I turned and walked out...as I did I heard him laugh and then I a picture hanging on the wall behind the counter caught me eye, and then I knew. I don't know if it is company policy to promote political ideas, but the picture of Trump and Pence hanging on the wall, sends the wrong signal!!! I took my business and my $75.00 over to P&H of York and will be directing all my friends and associates to stay away from APR!!
