My wife and I met the owner of Elephat at York Pride, we were impressed and comfortable enough to trust him with some printing jobs. There were a few bumps, but the owner responded in a timely manner and together we came up with a solution that everyone could live with. Honestly, it's not Even the quality of his products that has sold us on him (quality is fantastic). The selling factor is he is open and willing to share his wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend.
