Adam and his team were very professional and highly responsive throughout the sales process. They pointed out what issues with the house needed to be addressed for maximum impact, and how to effectively prepare the house for showings. Then they put together and executed a great marketing plan when we saw the beautiful pictures of our house online, my wife and I joked that we werent sure we wanted to sell anymore! Long story short, our house was only on the market for 4 days we had 14 showings and 4 offers. In the end, Adam got us $10,000 over our asking price, and favorable closing terms. Excellent sales agent. I live in Baltimore and was selling residential real estate in York that my sister had just vacated in order to enter a retirement home in Baltimore. I had, consequently, to rely on a York real estate sales agent not only to sell the property but also to arrange the removal of chattels left behind, clean up the premises, accomplish minor repairs, and otherwise provide all needed local services to consummate the sale. Flinchbaugh's Amanda Lantz did everything necessary to get this property ready for selling, sell the property, and close the sale without my ever having to set foot in York even once. Ms. Lantz accomplished everything in York on her own without my ever having to leave my computer in Baltimore even once. The agency service provided was as knowledgeable, comprehensive, and professional as it was helpful, effective, and productive. Ms. Lantz made it all a breeze and took care of a multitude of things an onsite property owner would normally be expected to do himself -- all the while as pleasant as she was efficient and competent.
