        Have someone look over the leases extensively. In my opinion they will try to take advantage of new owners. Anything you do with them have it looked over my an attorney and in writing. They"ll say a lot of things but if it's not in writing they'll quickly forget.

      We apologize you were unhappy with ROCK’s service. By law, all leases must be in writing and are an agreement solely between the landlord and the tenant. Both the landlord and the tenant should have their attorneys review the lease prior to signing, as ROCK cannot provide legal advice.
