        They forgot to pick up my special needs child on his 1st day of school. I itried to reach Reliance but got voice mail. They did not return my Call. My wife called and told her our special needs son does not have school today. This did not make sense to me because The schools website says he does start today. I called reliance back again and They said an error was made and that they would pick our son up. It was already five of 8 and school had begun. My wife and I drove our special needs son to school.
