I would highly recommend working with Attorney Russell Goldsmith. He helped immensely following an accident causing personal injury. His assistant, Nicole, and the attorney were very good with communicating when needed and responding to any questions/concerns in an extremely timely manner. They took however much time was needed to make sure I fully understood the ins and outs of the whole legal process every step of the way. The attorneys many years of experience helped instill confidence and showed in various aspects of this case. 10/10 recommend.

The offices of Russell Goldsmith and his team are highly recommended. They are an excellent team and provide excellent service. They are straightforward and honest and very knowledgeable. Russell's assistant Nicole is very sweet and very helpful. She has been very helpful about getting all my questions answered in a short amount of time. I appreciate everything they have done for me. Throughout out the application process Mr. Goldsmith and his colleagues were incredible w/ their guidance and diligence. Grateful to have been working w/ Mr. Goldsmith would be an understatement. I know how helpful these reviews can be. I vetted potential lawyers to help with my case based on reviews. I ended up only calling one office, my top choice, and thankfully having my case taken on by Russell Goldsmith. He proved to be an excellent lawyer. He was honest with me about how my case would be evaluated through the lens of the system in place. He gave me a heads up about potentially misconstrued aspects of my specific situation. He made sure I didnt accidentally undermine myself by downplaying my case out of embarrassment. He works on contingency so when he agreed to help me, I knew he believed my case had merit. His experience showed through his being highly knowledgeable and prepared. The members of his staff were also kind, diligent, and well-informed. They always reached out to me quickly any time they received official correspondence regarding my case. They made sure I knew what to look for in the mail if I was also going to get a copy, and what to expect from the contents and/or how to proceed. By doing this, they ensured I did not get stressed about seeing official mail nor feel pressured to understand everything despite not being familiar with all of the terminology or procedures. Whenever I reached out, I received prompt responses. Their reliability was greatly appreciated, especially since my anxiety can have me spiraling with worry. I was more readily able to calm myself down a bit due to being able to rely on their timely responses. Russell Goldsmith and his staff lessened my stress in every way they could. When I was once close to giving up purely due to the stress of the processthat could not be helped by neither the attorney nor my providersthe attorney and his staff encouraged me not to give up on my case, because we were fighting for services I deserved and was due.
