My mother and I have been doing our taxes through Jacquie for years. She is always quick, efficient, and reliable. She has also helped me recover forms that I lost and needed for a new job to verify employment. I couldn't have done it these years without her!

This will be my third year with Jacquelynn doing both my business and personal taxes. I don’t have a business degree and knew nothing about bookkeeping so when I first brought my disorganized mess to her; she was patient enough to help me sort through it all. She organized my books and helped guide me, in an informed way, on how to get the most money back or at least how to alleviate having to pay so much in. I had priced other tax accountants locally and found her to be doing a lot of the same services the Certified Public Accountants do but for a fraction of the cost. I have personally sent at least 3 friends to her and a couple of family members who will no longer go anywhere else. I highly recommend this business as it will give you piece of mind when that dreaded time of year comes around.

We have used Jacuelynn Lewis' services for years now for personal and our business' returns and this year we will not be going back. Last year we had a slew of problems with our return, none of which were apologized for. We filed our taxes in January and didn't get them back until June. This is totally unexcuseable. We were kept in the dark about information that they needed to complete our return. Things only got accomplished when we called with questions concerning the status. Also, Jacquelynn handed me the wrong tax portfolio and I took it home to file away. I have children, a job, and a busy life, I easily could have mindlessly kept/opened this person's tax portfolio without realizing it wasn't mine. After all, who assumes they're receiving someone else's portfolio? This is completely unacceptable. I am sure this other person doesn't even know their folder was in my home for so long. After all of this we were still charged a full amount and never heard an apology. I never said anything because I knew we wouldn't return; and that's enough to be said. I am giving 2 stars because in the past, the service has been manageable.
