Baker's Waterproofing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They stabilized the foundation on an extension on my house and left my property graded incorrectly which caused three separate flood events to happen. I lost an entire room of carpet, an entire sectional had to mitigate Mold twice it cost me thousands of dollars . My home had never flooded before they did the digging and left it that way . Doesnt feel very waterproofed. They also cut my electrical line and my RCN line during the job itself, which required extra digging in a certain area to try to repair the line which couldnt be repaired so they had to dig up my driveway to run a new Electrical line. This extra digging, left my property graded like an bowl And thus water Collected a foot high, and started pouring into the room. They refuse to give me their insurance policy, and they have yet to reimburse me for the cost of the flooding that they caused. Another company called BQ basements, who also works under the groundworks umbrella came to install some additional drains which stopped the flooding for now.. My property is still graded in incorrectly and my extension still has no carpet, damage to drywall, etc. They owe me several thousand dollars for that flooding damage but no one seems to want to return my calls. My driveway looks like crap too. This company has caused months and months of pain and heartache for my family. To add insult to injury the concrete they poured had to be redone twice because it was so badly done and the concrete they poured recently to add the extra drains is also crumbling and falling apart and it need to be redone again so maybe fourth time is the charm. Whatever you do, do not use this company or any groundworks company!!!!! I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau as well

I just had them come out to do an estimate on my property and customer service was really nice of setting up the appointment for me and getting all the information that they needed but the actual guy they sent out was very rude and I did report this back to them I did call them and I did do their survey as well I don't appreciate rude installation people to come out to my home I will not be doing business with them in the future

Would definitely recommend Jerod Curtis, Chris Harris, Mike Runko and Mike Akers for they wonderful team work. I really enjoyed having them at my house. Thank you guys for your wonderful job.

Chris Snyder worked very hard for three days to install a new drain / sump/ waterproofing project at our house. His assistants Henry and Darius also worked hard staying the third night of the project until after 9:00 p.m. and working in the dark to finish up the outside portion in our yard. They went above and beyond to complete the project.
