My experience was lovely. Mother passed away paid for this for years. Call this lady after jumping through all the hoops to find out any information. Finally get ahold of her and shes immediately combative and asking how I got the number et cetera. I explained I got it from the other website im just trying to get information on a policy. Needless to say she said shed call me back had to call home office and get the ball rolling. Only honest thing she did was call back. She didnt file a claim or provide and further follow up or information as I requested and was told would happen. When I called a few weeks later to follow up on the status of the claim.. I was told there was no claim and I had to file it and jump through multiple more frustrating hoops during a very low time during the process of losing a mother. When I called her to ask what had happen or what the breakdown was I got a lame duck excuse of talking to 1000s of people and she cant be bothered to remember. I did thank her for nothing, like im doing here again. Highly recommend anyone but this lady as shes clearly useless.
