Ill try to make this brief. Had a shattered sunroof. Called my insurance company who put me in touch with sunroof Express, who subcontracted to mobile glass works. Had been in contact through texting that everything was set up. He received the glass and then sent a text to say that he couldnt do it because it was an aftermarket sunroof, and it wasnt covered by insurance! I said, how is it not covered by insurance when its the insurance company thats reached out to you? He didnt have an answer for that just said he couldntp do it. I called the insurance company and told them what happened. They put another call into sunroof Express, who I have recently learned are the only people in this entire country that deals with this which is why we keep being sent through them. They are not the issue though. They are all very nice, polite and friendly. I will be calling my insurance company back tomorrow to ask them if they still have this place on record because I feel like they should be removed. If they didnt know how to do the work, they shouldve said so in the very beginning before we ordered the glass and had it sent to them. I appreciate the truth over a lie any day! Of course, Insurance will pay for it because I pay for the insurance to have coverage! Doesnt matter if its aftermarket. The shop that we are now working with Is a little bit further away, but definitely worth the ride. Its Atlas auto and boat covers in East Haven! Thats who you should give your business to. So something that shouldve been done in a matter of three days took almost 2 weeks because this place doesnt know how to replace an aftermarket sunroof. Will never recommend them to anyone

First of all, I’d like to say sorry you had this experience with our company. However, let’s be clear on how this all went down, sunroof express contacted us to do the replacement on your Subaru sunroof. They supply and ship the glass to us, we only provide the labor to install. We do this type of work daily. sunroof express also knows that we do not install or repair aftermarket sunroof. When the job was originally sent to us it was assumed it was OEM, when we were notified that it was aftermarket, we contacted sunroof Xpress and let them know we weren’t interested in the job. I reviewed the text sent to you from my CSR and it no point did anyone tell you that it was not covered by your insurance.We don’t lie to our customers! If I find that someone at this business lied to you or anyone else they will be terminated immediately

Excellent experience!! My son's windshield was smashed due to a sheet of ice flying off an uncleaned vehicle after a snow storm. I called in at 4:00 pm and Wayne was wonderful. He gave me the price and said to drop the car off and he would fix it the next day. He closed at 4:30, and still had time to talk and order the windshield that late in the day. I can not thank Wayne and his staff enough for their professionalism and quick turn around.
