Yesterday, I was overwhelmed when I saw my room all put together. I knew I liked all the components we chose, but seeing the finished product blew my mind. Also, I love the functionality and additional storage space I have now.
Sarah loves her curtains, shower curtain and the storage chest. We all love our window treatments/shades.

We were so fortunate to work with Kim for our major home redesign project. She was organized, responsive, and her work is beautiful. She helped us create the home of our dreams! Any project of this size comes with challenges, especially with the pandemic impacting the availability of products and timelines, but Kim was communicative and supportive in ensuring we were satisfied. As a builder/remodeler, we've worked with alot of different designers and architects. After our first project with Kim, she shot to the top of our list of preferred interior designers that we refer. Her involvement saves our clients time, money, and frustration in a project that is (usually) already pretty invasive as it is. She ensures that the final outcome meets or exceeds what the client wanted. The value that she adds to the project is priceless. She is super organized, reliable, and considerate of our clients' style, budget, and goals. Highly recommend! I am so happy with Brick and Beams services and highly recommend them! Kim, the owner, was extremely responsive to my messages, very professional, highly organized, and amazing at what she does! She really did a fantastic job helping me to very quickly bring to live my living room and dining room to life! The only thing I regret is truly not having done it sooner! Especially with spending more time at home than ever, I now love the space I am in.
Kim has such a great eye and very quickly figured out my style and preferences. One of the most helpful things that impressed me the most was her incredible organizational skills. She made the whole process fun, while simultaneously keeping it as simple and easy as it possibly could be, which I really appreciated. The way she laid everything out was so easy to follow- she included a layout map of my home labeled with #s for where each new item should go and provided a spread sheet with a picture of each corresponding item, the brand name, a direct link to purchase it, price, and detailed instructions (such as how high to hang something). She even worked with me to utilize some of the items I already had and just rearrange them to flow better
There were very few items from her original design board that I wanted to see alternatives on, but when I didshe clearly had nailed my style from seeing which items I didnt like as much... as I was then completely torn between the alternative options she sent, loved them ALL!! Kim was great at also working with my budget and being mindful of that.
Lastly, due to COVID it seemed like everyone had been online shopping at the same time and unfortunately a few of my initial items had gone out of stock. When I contacted her about this, Kim was extremely responsive and very quickly (often same day), found me similar alternatives for those items and did not charge me extra for her time to do so (she even helped me find for one the exact same decoration that I loved, just from a different place).
Next, I am planning a large scale upstairs renovation project of a different capacity and if I work with a designer, I can definitely say it will certainty be Kim I call!! 5 stars for sure!! Thanks Brick and Beam Studio :-)

I loved working with Kim to renovate my main bathroom! Kim is a skilled professional that has an excellent eye for space planning and design. She is kind, client-centered and competent. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me on anything or force me into decisions that I did not agree with. She took on the project management elements of the work with ease and selected a meticulous contractor as a partner. I have, and will continue to, recommend Brick and Beam Studio to anyone, in any budget, looking to make a change to their home!
