If you are a person of color do not go here, the tellers will racially profile you and treat you poorly. I came here to make a deposit into someones citizens bank account with my license and when I gave them the info the teller looked at me like I didnt belong in there. She then asked me for my social security card and mentioned its a new policy to make deposits. I was a little confused considering I had just made a deposit a month ago at another citizens. But I said okay, I didnt have my social security card and left. Well, I decided to try again, except this time my girlfriend whom was not of color, went in this time. And without a shock, they didnt ask her for her social security card. And she was easily able to make the deposit. It was only until she asked why they asked me and not her for more identification that they started making excuses that some tellers know about the new policy and some dont. Its 2022 and somehow we still have banks that think that anyone who is of color is not good enough to use their services.
