Bahar Doula Services

My husband and I hired Bahar as our Doula for our little Angel that was born on 3/24/21. If you are lucky enough to hire her you will be nothing more than impressed as she is a caring, loving and knowledgeable person that will fit in like family. I highly recommend her!

Imagine the best combination ever...of the very best qualities of your partner, best friend, mom, and sister, all molded into one: your Doula...That was exactly how I felt when our dear doula stepped in, and without whose help I could not have the kind of unique natural birthing experience I had with my second baby....natural birth, use of music, dancing, massage, full empathy, and a memory that will last a life time....Fellow expecting moms out there, you AND your partner need a doula even if you don't know it:)

Bahar is a great, caring doula. She is experienced and I was grateful to have her help me through giving birth to my son Jack. It is wonderful to have a doula on your side, who is just there and on your side.

Bahar was my doula for my first and second babies' births. She helped me immensely during and before birth, I would highly recommend her. She not only helped me as a first time mom but also helped my husband as well so he could fully enjoy this experience. As an experienced doula and a mother, her presence and reassurance gave me comfort during my birth. She held my hand and kept me centered while epidural was applied in the middle of contractions, she helped me change positions when necessary. Just by observing me during my induction, she knew when it was time to go to the delivery floor and guided my husband to call the nurse when needed. She worked great with my OB, husband and nurses when I needed support for pushing. I am grateful that she could be part of our family during this journey.

I didnt know what a doula was until my wife wanted one, however having Bahar as our doula and her experience about birth and the hospital procedures was very comforting to me. Bahar met us at the hospital for our babies deliveries, and never left our side until after a few hours of the delivery. It was nice to rely on her to be by my wifes side when I needed short breaks while waiting for our baby to be born. She also worked in harmony with us, the doctor and nurses while supporting my wife. I'm very grateful for Bahars presence at the delivery of our baby. Being in a foreign country and not having many people to support us, Bahar made us feel like we are at home. I am convinced everyone needs a doula!
