As a mortgage lender I have worked with hundreds and hundreds of Realtors, and Susan stands out above the rest as a true professional. What I realized in working with her is that Susan is more concerned about her client's needs than anything else. Even in a wildly competitive market, Susan was very cautious to guide her clients in not offering anything more than they were comfortable with. Prior to getting an offer accepted, Susan worked very closely with me to ensure that the buyers were in a comfortable range for both their mortgage payment and downpayment. She was well prepared for any property viewing and communicated with me on a regular basis to ensure we had up-to-date preapprovals in hand to be paired with any offer her buyers might make. Not only did Susan successfully negotiate an accepted offer for her buyer clients in a lopsided market where there were very few listings with dozens of buyers battling for every property, but she also managed to negotiate a portion of the closing costs to be paid by the seller! Susan was fabulous! We were coming in from out of town with an infant, and she not only made sure we could squeeze a ton of listings into one weekend, but also strolled our son around so we could focus on the houses. She made our offer, inspection, and closing a total breeze, handling everything for us since we were not local. She even has a roster of wonderful professionals to recommend for everything from loans to flooring!

Susan is a fantastic real estate agent, with a keen eye for detail, in the needs of her clients. My wife and I recently moved to the PVD area, and really didn't know much about the area and neighborhoods. Susan helped guide us along to several houses, gave us tips on making bids, and ultimately to our recent closing. She's also very enthusiastic in pointing out the potentialities of usable spaces. Weekdays, weekends, late evenings, Susan worked with us on our schedules.
