        Jim Belliveau and his colleagues at Pilgrim Title are professional, courteous, and very, very helpful in navigating the labyrinth of home purchase finance and settlement. This was our 5th, repeat, 5th home purchase and, "thanks" to the new financial regulations, the MOST DIFFICULT! Jim helped us understand how these new regulations affected us and cope with the  regulatory frustration. I would retain them again, without hesitation.
