I have used TC Windows for years and have been completely satisfied until this fall. They were scheduled to come on 11/8/23 but did not show. I called and was told they were a day behind due to rain the previous day. The man I spoke to said he would get in touch w/ the crew and get back to me in 15 min. He said it was his fault for not calling me. He never called back. Later, I called and left a message and never received a return call. Last time they were here the owner told me he wanted to retire and thought he had found someone to take over. My assumption is he retired and the business isn't the same.

Unprofessional, bad quality service and overvalued! I dont know if they deserve the one star even! Worst experience I ever had was with this cleaning company Think twice before spending your money with such companies!!

A complete rip off. Unprofessional and rude. They came to my house to clean my gutters and my windows/screens. Check below pictures how my windows looked like when I came back home that day. I have 19 windows and they all looked like that. Charged $310 without cleaning anything. Plus they didnt secure the screens back in place. They didnt bother to lock them so I had to pick most of them from my neighbors after the wind blew them. I didnt work in my whole life with such a low quality and unprofessional company. I dont know how they still in business. Never again! Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

I've been a customer of TC Window and Gutter Cleaning for 15 years. They're reliable, responsive, and they do a great job. Tami remembers to call me twice a year to book my appointments and always lets me know if the team is running early or late. Everyone on the team is professional, courteous and really wants to ensure they've met my expectations. They even take their shoes off when they come inside so they won't get any dirt on the floors and carpeting! Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning
