Beach Real Estate will be handling our house's Summer rental this year (2021) for the first time; we previously had another company for 15 years, but they decided not to be a summer rental agent. From Day One, Mary and Nancy have been professional and dedicated to the process, beginning back in the late Summer of 2020. They have a set of procedures/requirements (such as providing all bed linens, and requiring trash pickup instead of relying on the renter to take the trash to the Transfer Station). Also, over the past several months, we've received notices about the status of the proposed Island Broadband, as well as important non-rental issues to alert non-resident homeowners. On the other side of the coin, Beach RE has helped me find a conveniently-located 'non-pet' rental for my cousin with severe allergies. We highly recommend Beach Real Estate as your rental agent.

I had a wonderful experience working with Beach Real Estate purchasing a home on Block Island. They have decades of knowledge and experience of all the different homes and areas of the island. They were very helpful with understanding town regulations, zoning, etc. for home modification plans. They helped me find the perfect house despite a very competitive real estate environment. Look no further than Beach Real Estate. Nancy and Mary know the island inside and out. I have used them for summer rentals, off season rental & a property purchase. Each interaction with them has been efficient & smooth. They deliver what they promise. We have been renting with Beach Real Estate for over 10 years. Nancy and Mary have always done a great job for us. They have a nice portfolio of rental properties and they always do their best to find us a house we like in a time frame that works for us. If we run into any issues they respond promptly.
