        Extremely frustrating to work with. We left our mower with them with an unknown problem and they said give us a week. After 10 days of not hearing anything we called and left a voicemail inquiring of the status. After not hearing back for several more days, we called again. All in all we called 3 times, leaving a message twice with no response. Finally frustrated at not having a lawnmower for over a month we went back to visit in person and they said "oh yeah, your lawnmower cannot be fixed, you just need to purchase a new one. And you owe us $35." I feel like this was handled very unprofessionally, not reaching out to us to inform us of the results, never answering their phone or even returning messages, then on top of everything charging us for unsuccessfully fixing our lawnmower. I would strongly recommend finding an alternative source for a lawnmower repair.
