I called on Tuesday 9/7/21 about my garbage disposal leaking water from the base. Bill arrived the next day 9/8/21 on time and installed a new one. I had called a few other plumber's but didn't get any call backs. So I saw bill's direct on Facebook and he called me asap... Price quote was on target. I was glad we called Bill at Direct plumbing late in day on Thursday and he was able to come by because he had a job close to my home. He was able to find the problem right away. We had a leak in our drain pipe and he made a quick temporary fix and made the water stopped leaking. What I really want to note he called the next day to see if it was leaking great follow up! He said he would come back and fix properly with new pipe. He came today and did a great job replacing the problem. He also replaced the 2 toilet flappers because he noticed they were running. The toilets are old 5 gallon tanks and need replacement to the new water saver. We will have to have him come back and change over. Bill's very hard working and tenacious and takes pride in his work and is reasonable priced professional. We highly recommend Bill at Direct Plumbing. Services: Toilet repair, Plumbing pipe repair

Bill came recommended by our neighbor. He arrived on time and had all the replacement parts the next day. He is respectful and straightforward. Plumbers are pricey and Bill is worth every penny! I am thrilled to have found him and so grateful for the his return call within 30 minutes of my initial message. His professionalism really puts Bill above any competition. We are completely satisfied with his service!
