Made our first and definitely not our last visit. We have been fans of a few businesses at this location. Pisco and Tequila is a much needed change for the Bristol restaurant scene. We enjoyed the drinks, atmosphere and food. I had the salmon pisco, it was just perfect. All fresh ingredients and served perfectly. My wife had an amazing beef meal. The food was Peruvian inspired and the best meal we have had at this location in many years. Good luck to the new owners. I will only say, as a suggestion, this meal is worthy of cloth napkins. Cheers. Update March 2024.. Cloth napkins.. perfect Parking: There is parking on the north side of building and street parking, worth the walk if you have to park elsewhere.

I live in Bristol and loved this restaurant the first time I went. The food is unique and very good, the drinks are amazing, and the ambiance is great as well. But last Friday I went for dinner with 5 friends and Im sorry to say I was really disappointed in the service - super long wait for appetizers and entrees to be served, and entrees werent delivered all together - they were spread over 20 minutes! I hope they can address this quickly before people stop coming.
