Very rude staff. Called to reschedule due to an emergency and couldnt make my appointment. You ask to reschedule they lie and say yes and two days later you receive a very large fee In the mail. Tried calling the doctor ended up throwing me out and telling me to go someplace elsewhere due to having to reschedule. Very rude receptionist interrupts you while youre speaking and tells you how you're supposed feel . Deeply regret choosing this dentist and if people out there are looking for a dentist steer clear of this one and keep looking elsewhere.

Dr Resnevic and her staff are always polite and professional when I see them, but in an easygoing manner that puts you at ease. In a world where all the medical offices are turning into giant Walmart like companies, I appreciate being able to see the same Dr every time.

Would NOT recommend. Went here a couple years ago, and the dentist was wearing a zip up hoodie. They were not patient. We were rushed. Would not recommend or return to this dentist.

My family and I switched to Resnevic family dental and had our first visit today. Both my boys (16 & 11) had nothing but great things to say about their visit. I found the office very clean and welcoming little to no wait time between our visits ( and there were 4 of us)and just had an all around small town feel. Everyone was so very kind from Dr. Resnevic to the hygienist and the ladies at the desk were exceptional. I couldnt be happier with our switch. Being fairly new to Glocester (almost 5 years in)I am yet to be disappointed with all this small town has to offer. So, if your looking for a new family dentist, you have found the right one.
