Perfect condions today. One massive tree down at the beginning of Stone Dam Trail. Playground: Swing set and see-saw about a quarter mile in on the Heritage Park Outer loop going counter clockwise. Picnic area: Great picnic area with tables about 1.3 miles in on the Heritage/Steere Trail. The elevation offers beautiful views and is a perfect spot to stop, take a break and take in the scenery.

Love this place! If you're in the mood for an easy-ish mile or so, this is the place. A very pretty loop. And then, if you want more, there are many options and offshoot options for lengthening the hike. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly.
