Kyle from Fellowship Plumbing and Heating completed many plumbing projects for us. He updated the plumbing in two bathrooms, our kitchen and moved our laundry from our basement up to our third floor. The laundry move was game changing because it is now easily accessed! In addition, he replaced our leaking water heater and our water filtration system. He is prompt and takes pride in his work. Kyle and his team were very quick to come address my issues . I had water everywhere! They got right to it , and fixed my leaking ceiling pipe! They even cleaned the mess when the were done ! It is unfortunate that I can't give negative rating. It has been a true disaster! Kyle suggested replacing a faucet that was leaking in one of the bathrooms, but not only he did not complete the job, he displaced the vanity top, broke the mirror of the medicine cabinet above the vanity cabinet, and cut the faucet in half in unsuccessful attempt to take it out. Then Kyle changed me $175 to change the water stops as he could not figure out how to turn them to cut the water supply, so I could have water in the rest of the house. He promised to come back and fix everything he broke, but he stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I had to hire a different plumber who got everything fixed what Kyle broke. Hope this review will help you make the right decision and stay away from Kyle Home Improvement (which should be renamed to Kyle Home Destruction ) Service: Faucet repair
