Romancing the Stone Inc.

I have used Romancing the Stone in Coventry 4 different times. All of their work has been great. I have dealt with Nick and Marie on different jobs and never had a problem with either of them. They have both made sure that I was satisfied with their workmanship and the final result. I will continue to use Romancing the Stone in Coventry for future jobs. I would definitely recommend that you at least give them a shot to do any type of granite or quartz work. I feel that their pricing is fair also.

It has been a year and I finally decided to do a review as I was cleaning my bathroom sink. At first this company seemed wonderful and helpful, then the issues started. Trying to schedule a measurement for the bathroom vanity became a nightmare. Had a scheduled date & time no one showed up. Called, no reply, called again. The story was their 1 technician had car trouble. Was rescheduled 3 times before he came and then he almost made a major mistake with the measurements. Took several calls to schedule instalation. Then they called and said we will be there today at X o'clock, no notice. Three men came and basically stood around as one small vanity was installed. When they left I realized that the edges had not been sealed, my husband had to do it after I called with out anyone coming to finish the job. A few weeks later, as we were doing some yard work, we found half a dozen blocks of quartz that they had thrown under our hosta instead of taking them with them. Not company you want to deal with

Had nothing but a great experience so far with their services and pricing. Nick has had all the patience in the world with me and the receptionist was wonderful as well. Looking forward to the finish product a month from now!

I am beyond happy!!! We met with Marie who was amazing!!!!!!! She was nice, helpful, very knowledgeable & could see my vision. After she showed us many items, I finally walked by the one I wanted. We went in , sat down & she called to make sure all was available- drew the estimate right on the spot & a deal was made. The whole office was always very nice everytime I called. The gentleman who came to install were extremely nice and the finished product is phenomenal!! I am so happy with the service, the people & of course my beautiful product! A shout out to Matthew also 4 being nice on the phone always! Customer support is big! Go here, be patient & magic will be done! Thanks Romancing The Stone for everything!!
