        Jesse in the optical department was outstanding in assisting me to get new glasses. Professional and thorough. The glasses were ready when promised and notification came by text. Would absolutely buy optical products here again.

        Not a place to go. I cannot recommend. While trying to pick up an order for my parents, they bashed my car with their cart, damaging the door. Checking the receipt, they overcharged my parents. Out comes a manager, a young lady who was having a bad day. She yelled at me and refused to address anything. It turns out that she was not a manager. She yelled at me and I remained calm. She went in called the police and said that I assaulted her (the police reviewed the tape and said that it did not happen - she also had to be requested to come out of a back room to face the police). A week later, I discovered that they made a trespass complaint against me. My insurance company is contacting them regarding the damage to my car.

        I just want to say I dont shop at BJ to much but this is my 2 nd time cashing out and having a question while doing so. I got the same lady both times. Her name is Kim. She is so miserable. I have no clue how she works with people. She should be more polite to people.
