        Independence Place is a very well- managed, clean, stylish, and extremely well-maintained apartment home community with an amazing property and maintenance team. The teams are kind, understanding, and have your best interest in mind. They make it a priority for you to feel like you are comfortably at home everyday. Every encounter I have had with both the maintenance team and property team has been pleasant and enjoyable. Shout out to Crystal and Katie on providing an awesome living experience and shout out to Jay and Mike on providing top-level maintenance service. I very much appreciate them. Dolben is fortunate to have both teams on their property team.

      Independence Place couldn't be more convenient. We're only minutes from Providence with its many world-class offerings. One evening you'll feel as though you're in Italy while dining in Federal Hill. The next, you'll be surrounded by awe-inspiring art and music at Gallery Night. You'll want to reserve Saturday nights for gondola rides along the magnificent flaming rivers during WaterFire. Of course, there's always excitement to be enjoyed ice skating at City Center or taking a scenic walk of the city's landmarks along Waterfront Park. There's so much to do, it's hard to know where to begin. With easy to access Route 295 and 95, and TF Green Airport, you'll find that living at Independence Place is the perfect way to be close to everything that makes life easy and fun.
