        One of the worst banks. The staff is rude and they dont value good customer service at all. I walk in other banks and get greeted by name when I walk in, they also care to have a conversation with you, ask how your recent vacation was etc! Such a difference! Citizens has a very bad reputation, and people know it. This review wont do anything because they dont care, youre just a number to them. They want you in and out.

        I just stopped in this branch to get something notarized which was quick and easy and I very much appreciate that. I noticed that it had been re-designed and decorated. They had very few teller windows. I guess most people do their banking online now. Very different concept but it looks nice inside.
