I love this daycare center, my daughter was 1 years old when she started and been with them till she was about to start kindergarten. They asked me in the beginning whats 3 goals I want my daughter to reach by the time she ages out . And all 3 was reach within a year . My daughter is now in kindergarten and doing great shes above average with her work and I have to give thanks to the workers at this daycare. I appreciate all of them , thank you

We love Ms Carol! Ms Carol was able to handle my son who occasionally has behavior outburst. My son always came home with positive things to say about the staff and the other Children at the center. My son is now in kindergarten and I just gave birth to my second baby boy. If the center has room when I return to work we would absolutely return to Ms Carols learning center.

Sick kids are allowed in the daycare, which allows other kids and the staff to get sick as well. When the staff get sick they have to deal with consequences because they have to call out. When staff are sick you are lucky if you get a call to see if you are OK. Kids had Hands Foot and Mouth disease, but the daycare never once closed to sanitize, all the kids ended up having it. Ask the staff.

I was saddened with the amount of reassurance Ms.Carol & her team gave me with my infant, just to turn around & do the complete opposite once I enrolled him! Daycare for my two older Wasnt this dysfunctional .Maybe it was the fact that my baby was only a few months old that made me check in constantly but I had informed her soo prior to enrollment of my anxiety when it came to my infant. After the first 3 days my calls started going unanswered. I had my son their Less then a month .This experience was really hard for me because its already hard to trust strangers with my children. On the last day my son was in her care I had let her know I would be looking for a daycare that better suits mine & my childs needs, & I feel she took it personal because I was giving her a weeks notice & then she just said that today is his last day! Letting me know my child wasnt welcomed (& I had to take Work off just to find a caring place for my son). Then she went on to say how she was friends with local daycares and was aware of the last daycare I had my son enrolled in & why it didnt work out as if that where some type of threat! (When the whole reason I left the last daycare was because I asked the staff to not put soo much perfume on its not healthy for the infants especially when they come home covered in the smell! Babies are sensitive to smell as well!) As far as the center her behavior & lack of communication I feel was very unprofessional & it was one of my worst experiences during my search for proper childcare. Soo to all looking be patient in your search, remember these are little yous! Take pride in proper care for yours! I dont recommend this place if that wasnt clear . Stay blessed

Though no business likes a 1 star review, we understand where you’re coming from and why you feel the way you do. However to you and any parent who may read this, try to find understanding in our response to her and what we remind every new parent that starts at our facility. At our daycare, mostly every staff member is a mother and knows what it’s like to be a new mother. We know the fears and suspicions and the type of care and nurturing we expect/ed from others especially those we entrust to tend to our little ones. As such, the environment we’ve created is very much the “it takes a village” mentality and thus we care for every child like one of our own. At the end of each day, especially for new parents, we provide them with reports for all aspects of the infant’s day, as well as in this instance, if a parent wants to call during the day for a checkup we will surely compromise. However, we always hope, each parent understands that in the infant room, there are other “little ones” who need just as much love and care as “your little one” - not more or less. So as much as we compromise for parents, such as this who call repeatedly throughout the day, we hope they’d understand each of our staff has a duty and obligation to each and every child in that room and each time they pick a the phone, it takes away from their job to the other “little ones”. This parent seemingly became disagreeable and uncompromising to that affect which isn’t a problem because in any situation, if both parties aren’t satisfied why continue to have a relationship. We couldn’t realistically answer every call amongst the care of an infant room that’s at full capacity (though we made sure to provide updates and reports upon pickup of the child). And on our end, any parent that disregards our integrity and what we stand for, we have no problem removing them from our program despite our emotional investment in the child. So we amicably agreed to part ways respectfully. To your point of how Ms.Carol communicated your exit, it’s left for interpretation and to your perspective which we can’t refute. To your other point of Ms.Carol “threatening” and knowing the local daycares this is simply not true. There’s no reason to threaten a parent or anyone for that matter as the situation is doesn’t warrant a response. We’re in the business of raising the child with you so it saddens us when a child leaves as much as it saddens you. Your situation was a little different in the affect as information came to us from an anonymous person close to you who informed us of your history and pattern with your previous daycares which all resulted in the same manner where none could meet your expectations and trust. Again being a new mother, we fully empathized, which is why upon being informed of this information about your history, we still decided to open our doors to you and your son. We hoped we could help you as a new mom learn to trust but as you said in the first three days, we weren’t allowed a real chance to do so.So although you left us a 1 star rating and there’s nothing we can do about that, we hope you find clarity in this response. It is not an attack on you but rather your actions under our care. We still hope for the best for you and your family as your “little one” grows up. You stay blessed as well
