Dr. Shapiro and all staff from the front desk to the operating room were professional, helpful, and informative. My two extractions went much smoother than I had anticipated. Their pain reduction procedures were extremely effective as I experienced very little discomfort the day of and days after the procedure. After a rejection for coverage from my insurance company the staff took it upon themselves to pursue coverage which saved me the cost of the procedure as well as bone grafts. A follow up call was made to me the day after. A positive experience for an event fraught with anxiety and uncertainty. Its not often that one encounters a medical team so dedicated to patient care and satisfaction. I am thoroughly impressed with their commitment to ensuring a comfortable experience and their proactive approach to insurance matters.

Although in for an unpleasant procedure, the staff was professional and friendly. I left with information to make my recovery quicker and less painful.
