Jen has been a great help navigating the complex insurance process. A few years ago I needed an agent instead of an website/app and Jen stepped in to work everything out for me. Every renewal Jen checks in and makes sure I have the right insurance to meet my needs. I truly appreciate knowing that I don't have to work through all the options and carriers because Jen does that all for me!

Jennifer responded to my inquiry within a few hours. She remained professional and answered all of my questions with no added pressure to choose their services. Her customer service was amazing as she gave me ample time to decide and as things progressed she met with me (via phone) on my schedule. As a bonus I saved a lot of money on my insurance (I am paying the same amount for home and auto as my current(soon to be former) company charged me for auto only).
