        Ive been trying to book an appointment for an hour. Is there nobody at the front desk? Or is this common practice to completely ignore phones at 10 am?

        After calling to schedule a sick visit (I explained: high temps for 48+ hours, body aches, concerns for Lyme) I was told The next available sick visit is 5/26 (10 days out). Go to the ER or walk-in clinic if symptoms persist. I will be on the search for a new PCP.
