I went to them a few months ago to get my carpet cleaned and when I opened it up the first time after getting it back it looked like nothing had even been done, so I took it back a second time hoping they would do a better job. After picking it up again went out of town for a little and just unrolled it, and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned this time either. I am very disappointed in their services. And it wasnt like my carpet was a complicated clean, but even that they failed at. I wonder if they actually cleaned or just kept it with them for show.

We hired Carpet Cleaning Experts to clean a sectional couch, ottoman and carpet. When dried, it didn't seem like there was any difference before and after. All discoloring, dirt or stains were exactly the same as before being "cleaned". After sharing our disappointment with the company, they came back to redo everything. This time the result was excellent.

Granddaughter has poor customer service skills she said we will get back to you and hung up on me no one called back. They came back twice because he never treated the spots the first time. The second time he skipped over a whole rug. The one he did spot spray looks better than it did for sure. Now I have one rug not cleaned despite their promise to do a great job. Maybe he was unmotivated today. Who knows anyones guess.. I think they need to rethink who interacts with customers and follow up with what they promise to re-clean the rug. Which they did not doGOOD LUCK

The team at CCE has Cleaned my antique rugs year after year. It's easy I drop them off they know exactly what to do. Would always refer.
