        Action Public Adjusters are #1 in my book! At the time I truly believed my insurance would company would be there for me, they dropped the ball and didnt want to give me a penny. I was a loyal customer over 20+ years with no claims and now needed them as my ceiling fell thru with water flowing into my garage. William L Europa without your professional expertise I would not have known how to put our claim together or properly document it. The water damage was so disastrous I slipped and broke my arm. I especially want to thank you for the diligent time you spent over the last year going back and forth fighting for my case. It was such a stressful time for me but at last with your fine expertise it has come to an end with an amazing settlement. I will absolutely recommend your wonderful commitment, professionalism, patience & integrity when I refer you to people on need of your service.

        Finally a company that treats you right! I had a horrible experience dealing with roof problems in the past, with the recent storms, my roof leaked. Rather than try to deal with insurance myself, I called a professional. Billy treated me like family, I didnt have to do any scheduling or negotiating at all. Action was responsive to my questions and made sure I was updated every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Action to anyone. They made my stress melt away.

        Dealing with damage to your residence is never fun, but if it happens there is nobody I trust more to represent my interests with the insurance provider! Action Public Adjusters is truly a turn-key solution, from assessing/reporting the claim with my insurance provider to scheduling the walk-through with the appraiser...things couldn't have been easier. Thanks Billy and APA for bringing a sense of calm and professionalism to, what would have otherwise been, a distressing ordeal.
