They stopped by late Saturday and offered a discount price to "use up" the sealant before they had to dump it. It rained the next morning and washed most away. I called Angelo and he was here the next sunny day to Re-do. Very responsive.

Advanced Seal Coating attempted to fix the following cracks in my driveway. The photos show after their service was completed. I have been promised they would return to fix them. I look forward to updating the photos once they return and finish.

Told us that they have an opening and could do it.i was sick but I drove out to withdraw cash just because they said they prefer cash since it was a weekend. we even parked the cars by the street and removed everything on the driveway but before I even got to the bank, he said has to reschedule cos it looks like it was going to rain. Well it didn't even drip a drop the whole day. This week, he messaged me and said they have an opening and i said OK, what time? He said could be here in 25mins. This time we wouldn't do anything until they show up and sure enough, no show. Not professional. Will not deal with them.

Overall I am happy with seal coating. I received a cheaper rate since he wanted to use sealer that remained at end of weekend before it was not usable anymore. He returned promptly to reapply seal to a few small areas that didn't stick due to rain that came about 4 hrs after it was applied, and he was friendly. I would've expected to pay $700-800 for my long driveway, but I paid $450. Good value. I will have Angelo return when it needs a new coat.
