Alison worked incredibly well with my son, really helped him improved his speech. He enjoyed going to their sessions. Not only did his speech improve but he gained a lot of self confidence because of the positive feedback Allison was giving him.

Allison's approach to treating the patient according to their needs, is what's missing in alot of medical practices today. The old saying "what might be good for one, might not be good for another" is true in many ways, even more so when it comes to therapy. Allison has figured that out and I'm glad I've had the opportunity to work with her.

Allison Picard is thorough, efficient, patient, kind, and highly intuitive. She was able to help me in ways I didn't know I needed. As a genderfluid person, my voice has given me a lot of dysphoria. Through various techniques and exercises, Allison taught me how to use my voice and flex it to resonate with how I feel. Since I've started working with Allison, I've experienced a noticable jump in confidence with how I carry and express myself. Any trans people who are struggling with their voice should make an appointment with her.

Allison is amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about her field,she is kind,warm, and easy to talk to. She gives suggestions that are easily followed and helps to tailor her plans to the specific person and their individual needs,rather than generic,one-size -fits- all plans.I really want to thank her for all she has done to help my sister.
