        VERY rude, bad attitude. Told me HIPAA laws prevented her from telling me or anyone anything. So why do you have this office anyway? I'd give her a half star for being alive, but that wasn't an option.

        I have contacted this agency numerous times about the safety, manipulation & isolation of an elderly person. One of the agents told me pretend that shes dead & move on with your life. Just like every other state run agency in RI! Whats the sense of reporting when nothing is done?
