I'm beyond grateful to have Theresa as my nutritionist. I'm not going to lie. I thought this appointment was going to be like all the others talking about things I already knew like the food groups. Was I wrong. I was with her the first 10min and was wowed. Things that other people told me was good wasn't and was causing me to gain. I'm so happy I'm in good hands now. Teresa explained and showed me what to do and how to do it moving forward. She listens and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

My journey has been amazing; I am a new mother and postpartum weight is definitely such a hard thing to control or lose.
They listen to me while helping me on my path to become the best, and healthiest version of myself.
