I really had a fantastic experience buying with IMG. The price of the car was very fair and Brian and Andrew were a complete delight to work with to buy a car. When it came to figuring out how to make it work with my budget they were completely transparent with what they could and could not do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ok started off really well had a great offer on a car through CarGurus listed as a great deal!
Salesman was super congenial great personality and efficient. We were there on a Saturday so couldnt finish the paperwork because the banks had closed. So we had to wait until Monday to check the rate that was estimated and where we would land payment wise all good. The car was such a good deal it was booking at $30,000 and the price was near $24,000 which was awesome to come in at that level. Then it went to the finance manager Tom who expressed his 39 years of experience and full disclosure we knew we werent going to be at a low rate because of credit history. Tom now cuts a deal where he stated that to get the rate we received we had to take a warranty and gap insurance which drove the price way up eating up the good price situation and the payment was not where it should have been at the quoted rate. When I expressed this to Tom he just said great so you dont want the car and literally hung up. Once again the stereotype of used car sales is validated. Tom displayed horrendous customer service and just wanted to sell the finance deal not the car and certainly didnt care to work it out with me. Very disappointing as I was excited about the car and the place its a very nice small place. Always better to secure your financing ahead of time lesson learned.
